Ebal Engineering Ltd is an engineering firm specialising in the design of fire protection systems. The practice was established in 2010 and based in Toronto, Canada.

Ebal Engineering Ltd provides the following services:

1. Design various types of water base fire suppression systems and Clean Agent Gas System.
2. Review and Approve engineer drawings.
3. General Review of fire protection system installation as per the requirement of OBC.
4. Water flow test, fire pump test and prepare corresponding reports.
5. Hydraulic calculation for sprinkler system design.
6. Evaluation of existing fire suppression systems for code compliance.
7. Project Management – Design, permit application, field coordination, material listing, construction and commissioning.

Ebal Engineering has sought to assist our clients in achieving loss prevention using prudent, innovative and cost effective fire protection design.

Roden Lee, P.Eng, M.Eng

Roden Lee established Ebal Engineering Ltd. in 2010. He is an alumnus of University of Windsor (B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering),University of Toronto (M.Eng.) and has been a licensed member of Professional Engineers Ontario since 1988.

Roden has been working in fire protection system design and contracting for 24 years with several major national fire protection contracting companies. His involvement with a wide spectrum of projects has acquired him with experience in a variety of the most recent technologies in fire protection. He also has good working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, Ontario Fire Code and NFPA standards.

Roden was a part time instructor for the Fire Protection Engineering program at Seneca College.
